Random Days and a Party?

Today is Josh's Birthday. He's turning 25. It's kind of funny because he is just as bothered by it as someone who's turned 50. He just says that it's like a little hump, he's now "mid twenties". I joke with him about it. Yet, he's happy with what he has at the age he is, so I guess that's all anyone can wish for on their birthdays. Gabriel and I haven't decided what to do for daddy today. He just got a tattoo on his upper arm all the way to his mid forearm, that was his BDay gift from us. Maybe we'll venture out and pick up some cupcakes or something. Or go get him another hour with his tattooist (his tatto is a work in progress, probably four or five more hours needed to finish it).

Misters is being a little bit of a pill. He's teething his one years (bottom molars), so life is not good to him right now. And I've been at our duplex with him. I can't honestly say what has kept me so busy from writting on my blog, but I know I have been. Busy with nothing. As random as that is, I'm totally serious. I think Gabriel and I will go and get daddy a gift card to his favorite toy store (Home Depot or Lowe's). He's like a big kid in there and volunteers to take the boy so that he'll like the store as much as daddy. Yeah, cause nothing is more fun to a one year old than things he can't touch but daddy can. If parties could be planned at a home store like that, I bet Josh would be in seventh heaven. He'd just get back from his tattoo (another hour, but still more needed) and then he'd head to Home Depot for a shopping spree and a hammer shaped cake... ahh, well, maybe next year.
