Still Looking

Well, for the third time, Josh and I were outbid for another home. It's ok. Just wasn't the one we were suppose to get. Plus, all three times, the homeowners were offered more than asked without paying closing costs. Please. These homes are technically abandoned as a result of the housing market, and they need work. We were not going to give them more than it was worth and say, "Hey, we'll pay the closing costs too." We go and look at another home tomorrow. Wish us luck.
